Only registered participants are entitled to attend
the scientific sessions of bone-tec 2010. Please also
apply for the congress dinner as only registered participants
and registered accompanying persons will be admitted
to this event.
An official confirmation of booking will be issued to all registrants upon receipt of the payment. Please bring this confirmation with you to the Congress.

Method of payment
For registration please use the online registration form. Payment of fees in Euros via bank transfer must
accompany all registration forms. No registration will be confirmed until payment is received.

Insurance and liability
In registering for the bone-tec 2010 congress you agree
that neither the organizing committee nor the congress
secretariat accept any liability. Participants are requested
to make their own arrangements in respect of health and
travel insurance. Oral agreements shall not be binding
unless confirmed in writing by the organizers. |

Name changes
If you cannot attend bone-tec 2010 but did register, you
will be given the opportunity to send a colleague in
your place. Name changes are possible free of charge
until 31 July, 2010. Changes hereafter will be charged
with € 50.00 per name. |

Cancellation and refund policy
Our cancellation and refund policy is applicable to registration and congress dinner. |
